About Us

Plastic Mouldings currently employs 60 people in manufacturing, administration and management. We utilise a tailored ERP system to ensure maximum efficiency at the enquiry, order entry, manufacturing, despatch and invoicing stages.

We have been in business in Irvine for over 40 years. Initially we offered only dip moulding but the demand for other low cost tooling processes from our customers has enabled us to diversify and offer vacuum forming and rotational moulding.

We are located 35 miles south west of Glasgow in the town of Irvine. Irvine has an established industrial base enabling us to draw on an experienced labour force when necessary.

Plastic Mouldings Limited is part of the Plastic Industries Group. This includes the Dip Moulding Division which manufactures flexible and semi-rigid PVC, natural rubber mouldings, cast mouldings and slush mouldings for a wide range of industrial and domestic markets.

The Vacuum Forming Division is involved in large sheet forming and foam filled mouldings for both the domestic and industrial sectors.

Our Rotational Moulding Division manufacture large and small, hollow complex shaped mouldings for a variety of uses.
